Movie Review: South Korean horror, 'Exhuma' is spine chilling!

If you like unique and scary horror movies, then Exhuma (2024) is definitely worth watching. It is a South Korean horror film which gives a very different and creepy experience compared to normal horror movies.

The story is about a family who is facing a curse from their ancestors. When they visit old graves, they find strange codes instead of names. Slowly they realise that something very dark is connected to their past.

As they dig deeper, they discover an unknown grave hidden beneath. The environment becomes very creepy and you can feel that something dangerous is there. From this point, the real horror of the movie starts.

The film also shows connection with ancient rituals and dark energies. These elements make the story more interesting and different from typical horror movies. It creates a strong suspense and keeps you engaged.

Talking about visuals and sound, the movie does a very good job. Dark scenes, background music and camera work make the film more scary and intense. It builds tension slowly instead of using cheap jump scares.

The acting is also very good. All actors perform naturally and you can feel their fear and emotions. This makes the story more realistic and impactful.

Overall, Exhuma is a strong horror film with a unique concept. It is not a typical horror movie, but something deeper and more disturbing. If you enjoy serious horror with story and suspense, you should definitely watch it.
